    I work with COCOBOD in Ghana.To ensure we provide extension services to our cocoa farmers in the midst COVID 19 as Regional Head of Extension I do radio programme every week by using a radio guide on topics we train farmers on as well as communicate my Organization policy and intervention to farmers. I do engage the Community Extension Agents(CEAs) by creating a common platfrom(Telegram) where I share Teaching and Learning Materials(TLMs). I do short video on Communication,Adult education and facilitation skills and share it with CEAs. This is how I engage our CEAs and farmers in this time of COVID 19 Pandemic.

This Community of Practice is part of a collaboration between GFRAS and the “Enabling Farmers for Agricultural Transformation (EFAT)” Project. EFAT is implemented by Winrock International and funded globally by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Our online Community of Practice is a space to foster interaction, promote debates on agricultural extension, offer resources as well as events within members, along with many other actions.
