ZSVP (Zakho Small Villages Projects) is as an local NGO, founded in 1992, is interested on the community development to promote the ability of the vulnerable groups of rural communities and help them for affair sustainable life.
ZSVP is registered as a local non-profit organization in Baghdad with NGOs assistance office under No. IA73094. Since the organization_x0019_ s establishment in 1992, it has been able to successfully implement hundreds of projects in northern Iraq (Dohuk, Erbil, Sulaimaniyah, Kirkuk, Ninewa and Diyala . ZSVP is a member of several organizations, including IIRD (International Institute of Rural Development _x0013_ South Asia), IFOAM ( International Federation of Organic Agriculture movement), Avalon network for sustainable rural development, ANND (Arabic NGOs network for environment), and DNN Network and Civil Society Forum.
