I am particularly well experienced in designing, analysing and evaluating advisory services, both in relation to the institutional set-up and the effectiveness of methodologies and practises. I have been active as a Steering Committee member in the establishment of the Global Forum for Rural Advisory Services (GFRAS) and have produced policy guidelines for development of demand driven and market oriented agricultural advisory services with strong emphasis on value chain approach to agricultural services and empowerment of farmers through support to organisational development. I also have extensive experiences in development for gender equality and have at several occasions analysed and designed interventions aiming at rural women’s economic empowerment. I am certified as a Process Consultant and always apply participatory and systemic methodologies to my work.
