I am an Agronomist with an MSc in Agronomy from Africa University and over 9 years experience with Government, NGOs and International Organisations. My skills include, strategy development, M&E (both qualitative and quantitative analysis). Key highlights of my experience include 4.5 years working with the International Crops Research Institute for Semi Arid Tropics Developing technologies appropriate for smallholder farming in arid and semi arid areas of southern Africa and 3 years as the Food security Advisor for Wlethungerhilfe in South Africa where I lead the design of programmes and develop proposals for funding.
