Fundación para la Innovación Agraria (FIA), is an agency from the Ministry of Agriculture of Chile. Its mission is to foster a culture of innovation in the agrarian, agri-food and forestall sectors promoting and articulating innovation initiatives that contribute to improve the livelihoods of farmers in all the regions of the national territory.
Among its various lines of action, FIA has the “Programme of Training for Innovation”. It seeks to strengthen skills, knowledge and abilities in people related to the development of the agricultural, food and forestry sectors, in order to promote technological innovation processes and projects in Chile.
