The Rural Development Administration (RDA) is the central government organisation responsible for extensive agricultural research and services in South Korea. RDA has a strong extension branch and works to build capacity of extension officials and lead farmers. It provides customised extension services and disseminates technologies for saving cost and producing high-quality products.
