[sigplus] Critical error: Image gallery folder events/annual_meetings/2013/eufras is expected to be a path relative to the image base folder specified in the back-end.

The European rural advisory services decided to set up an organisation that bundles the interests of advisors and supports them in constantly improving their services for farmers and rural areas. This will lead to improved quality of rural advisory services, forming an open space for exchange opinions.

This organization will have the name European Forum for Agricultural and Rural Advisory Services (EUFRAS).

The EUFRAS Founding Meeting was held on 23rd of September at 10:30 as a side event at 4th GFRAS Annual Meeting (Berlin, Germany, 24-26 September 2013)
