How to remove the separation line at the last sub-menu item?
In the menu settings for the last item go to "Link type" and at "Link type class" enter " last" (without the "", the important thing is the space befor the word last). The CSS will then remove the separation line.

How to link an external event to docuemnt?
When entering the description text of the evnet, upload the docuemnt to the news folder as if you wanted to place a link to it in the text. Instead of insering it, copy it and paste it into the venue field. Don't forget to add http://www.g-fras.org at the start.
