The information and communication technologies (ICT) have already brought big changes to teh agriculutral sector in general and to the rural advisory services in particular. The ICT4RAS Working Group wants the explore how ICT can be used for a better delivery of advisory service but also how ICT can help professionalise the providers of advisroy services.
