RELASER - Latin America Network for Rural Extension Services
The Latin American Network is composed by 12 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. It is still in its early stages of formation and aims to add more countries of this region to achieve a real integrated vision on RAS in this region.

Second latin america meeting announced
During September 26, 27 and 28 of this year the Latin America and Caribbean Network for Rural Advisory Services is holding its second meeting in Managua, Nicaragua. The main topics will be:
- Institutionalism and public-private relations
- Extension based on demand and the linking to markets
- Extension for small-farmers and poor rural population
- Extension as a part of an innovative system
